Press Conference on Capitol Hill with US Reps. Jones, Lynch & Massie with family members of victims.

(LPAC)—Thirteen years since the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, 28 pages of a joint inquiry commission detailing the foreign sponsorship of the attacks remains classified, first by President Bush and again by President Obama.

On September 9, 2013, Congressmen Walter Jones (R-NC), Stephen Lynch (D-MA) and Thomas Massie (R-KY) hosted a press conference on Capitol Hill with family members of victims of 9/11/01 to force the issue of who have been the leading sponsors of terrorism on the planet for the last two decades. Representatives Jones, Lynch and Massie have introduced H RES 428 which calls on President Obama to declassify these redacted pages. The declassification of this material would dramatically change current U.S. foreign policy.

Jones opened the press conference referring to CNN’s excellent 15-minute coverage the day before by Jake Tapper, revealing the fight to have President Obama release the 28 pages and detailing the evidence of Saudi involvement in the attacks.
