Here, LPAC presents the first in a semi-regular series of reports on the weather. You may ask, ’What does a political action committee have to do with weather?’ Well, it is true that you can get a local weather report from any competent meteorologist, but the question of what causes the weather, especially the extreme weather we experience, does not originate from our terrestrial globe. In fact, there is more to our so-called environment than meets our so-called 5 senses.

Taking this investigation to a higher level, and understanding what is necessary to even begin to undertake such an investigation – whether it be more instruments, more satellites, more scientists taking the measurements, data centers set up to process all types of information collected by our limited number of satellites – all involve a serious change of policy.
