Euro-Crats Hold Panicked Meetings Around The Clock This Weekend

The Lords of Euroland are holding emergency meetings throughout the weekend, trying to make it look like they have some idea of how to wring blood out of the collapsing Eurozone to save the British Empire. European Centra Bank President Mario Draghi, EU Council PResident Herman Van Rompuy, European Commission President Jose Manual Barosso, and Eurogroup (of Eurozone finance ministers) President Jean-Claude Juncker have been meeting by teleconference since June 15, continuing through today and into tomorrow, preparing for the Greek election results Sunday, June 17, as but one of the many sparks which could expose that the euro is already the "walking dead."

Draghi, writes the New York Times, is preparing a plan to "establish the central bank (ECB) as supreme bank regulator with broad powers," to further undermine sovereignty and allow the technocrats full dictatorial powers over EU nations.

William Buiter, chief economist at Citigroup, said at one of these meetings (in Frankfurt yesterday) that political leaders are "only capable of acting at gunpoint" — clearly pointing at Angela Merkel.
