When You Create the Trend. A Voice from Arkansas

In a Sept. 28 interview on Fox News, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee said:

Let’s just get blunt, no way to sugarcoat this: We’ve been lied to. We’ve flat-out been lied to. They know they lied. It’s as if airplanes crashing into the World Trade Center, and somebody says ’Those were just accidents; the planes veered off-course.’ Everybody with two eyes and IQ above plant life understands that what happened in Egypt and what happened in Libya, was not some spontaneous reaction to a stupid 13-minute video on YouTube. It was a planned, coordinated, orchestrated attack, led by terrorists. Terrorists!

And this White House has to explain why it hasn’t owned up to that, why it can’t say it! And I think, frankly, if this issue really gets the traction that it deserves, and let me say, that it deserves—let’s go back: Richard Nixon was forced out of office because he lied, and because he covered some stuff up. I’m going to be blunt and tell you this: Nobody died in Watergate. We have some people who are dead because of this, and there’s some questions to be answered, and Americans ought to demand to get answers.

Politico, Sept. 28: Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.) called for the resignation of U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice for initially saying that the deadly Sept. 11 assault on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was spontaneous.

"I believe that this was such a failure of foreign policy messag[ing] and leadership, such a misstatement of facts as was known at the time—for her to go on all of those shows and in effect be our spokesman for the world and be misinforming the American people and our allies and countries around the world, to me, somebody has to pay the price for this," the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee told CNN.

At the same moment, Gen. Martin Dempsey and the Joint Chiefs of Staff just escalated their fight to stop Obama’s very near-term launching of thermonuclear World War III, through a long article posted by award-winning writer Mark Perry to Foreign Policy magazine on Sept. 27, under the misleading title, "The Entebbe Option."

Perry’s major source, an unnamed "senior Pentagon war planner" who must either be General Dempsey or someone close to him, establishes that Netanyahu is close to launching war against Iran on Obama’s orders. Alleged Iranian nuclear-weapons development,—which U.S. intelligence insists is not going on,—is of course the pretext for Obama/Netanyahu’s forthcoming attack, but not its objective. The objective is to force the United States, against its will, into war with Iran,—and then, Russia, China, and others. Or as retired Admiral Bobby Ray Inman told Perry, "All this stuff about ’red lines’ and deadlines is just Israel’s way of trying to get us to say that when they start shooting, we’ll start shooting."

"Our commitment to Israel has been as solid as with any ally we’ve ever had, and a lot of officers are proud of that," Lt. General Robert Gard, a retired Army officer, said. "But we’ve done it so that they can defend themselves. Not so they can start World War III."

A naive reader might imagine that it is Netanyahu and not Obama who is the source of the war danger, thanks to Perry’s military sources and their knowingly false mantra that the President and the military are on the same line,—when in reality, nothing could be further from the truth. That, on the contrary, it is Obama who has ordered Netanyahu to war, is proven by a July, 2009 editorial in the newspaper Yisrael Hayom, which Perry’s "senior Pentagon war planner" says exactly mirrors Obama’s orders to Netanyahu. As summarized at the time by the Israeli Foreign Ministry, it said, "The U.S. will try to have a dialogue with Iran, even though it is clear to President Obama as well that the chance for success is very small." The author believes that the U.S. President "would prefer that there be no Israeli attack, but is unprepared to accept responsibility for Israel’s security if he fails [in these Iran negotiations, as he expects] and the U.S. prevents Israel from attacking. Thus it arises that while Israel has no green light to attack Iran, it does not have a red light either. The decision is Israel’s. The U.S. will neither help nor hinder. The responsibility is the Israeli Government’s. This—more or less—is what the President and the Vice-President said and didn’t say."

Get it? The United States has accepted "responsibility" for Israel’s security ever since its founding in 1948,—that’s why it’s still there today. But, if Obama’s so-called Iran negotiations fail, as he expects, and Israel fails to attack Iran, U.S. responsibility for Israeli security ends: "You’re on your own." Just as Netanyahu raves: It’s the Hitler Holocaust, and no one will save us but ourselves! All of which is to say: "Yes! Attack!"

On a closely-related question: Netanyahu’s wild UN address of Sept. 27, in which he waved around a cartoon-drawing of a bomb drawn on posterboard, has forced many observers to the conclusion that he looked and sounded deranged. But even before that address, Sefi Rachlevsky, a best-selling Israeli author, penned the lead op-ed in Ha’aretz of Sept. 26, titled "The Prime Minister Is Unfit To Serve." Rachlevsky established that Netanyahu’s psychological unfitness, a.k.a. insanity, is known to all,—as witnessed by the repeated public warnings by retired as well as serving military leaders and by President Shimon Peres, against Netanyahu’s intention to bring the United States into war against its will,—before November!

It’s time to insist openly on what everyone knows: The Cabinet must immediately replace the psychologically unfit Prime Minister!

Here’s the point: If there are people with the courage to say this in tiny Israel, where are the comparable leaders in the "superpower," the U.S.A.? Obama’s insanity is far worse than Netanyahu’s, and of course far more deadly.

Finally, reverting back to the point Mike Huckabee made above: After LaRouche PAC’s organizing, leafletting, and days of action on this issue, the turncoat Sen. John Kerry was forced to try to counter us on Friday, Sept. 28, by an attempt to line up every member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, from both parties, on a letter to the State Department demanding answers on the Benghazi attack,—after Nov. 6!

This involves both Kerry’s role as a turncoat, and also his attempt to get the Secretary of State job, in preference to the abominable Susan Rice, in what he hopes will be a second Obama Administration—an Administration which patriots cannot permit to happen!
