Defeat Mark Carney’s Great Reset — Launch the North American Belt and Road Initiative (NABRI)

“…We are born for that which is better!
And what the inner voice conveys,
The hoping spirit ne’er that betrays.

— From Friedrich Schiller’s poem Hope

by Gilles Gervais

Citizens all over the world are anxiously waiting for the end of this Covid-19 nightmare and hoping for a brighter economic future.

In the United States and Canada citizens are being told that their governments will Build Back Better. What is the new Administration in Washington D.C. and the Privy Council around PM Justin Trudeau actually proposing?

Saturn Devouring his Son. Francisco Goya

Is BBB just a placebo to placate millions of angry Americans ready to explode in the wake of the recent U.S. Presidential elections or is it an insidious slogan hiding a covert banker’s agenda, the kind which enslaved Third World countries over many decades and which, in the aftermath of the great financial blowout of 2008, stole the savings and the lives of the ‘unfortunate’ populations of Southern Europe?

Have we now reached a point in time, where a financial oligarchy desperate to salvage an out of control international financial bubble, begins to exact a ‘pound of flesh’ from the population of the former industrialized nations who, in very large part, are being blinded to economic realities by their obsession with saving the planet from man-made climate change? A ravaged world that would eventually come to resemble Goya’s Saturn Devouring His Son!

Central bankers’ agenda to foist a digital currency upon the world, coupled with a ‘regime change’ policy towards those national governments who disagree with an international green Great Reset, would certainly create much chaos and confusion planet-wide, but would that not also contribute to international tensions and increased military confrontations with the ‘recalcitrant’ nations like Russia and China? Would that not lead the world towards a new thermonuclear showdown?

Let us reign in these financial madmen now!

Let us expose the financial oligarchy’s deadly chimera and get back to the idea that humans are not animals! That a human economy must necessarily be based on constantly increasing the cognitive powers of every human being on the planet. A competent plan [1] to accomplish this must necessarily include building large scale infrastructure projects worldwide.

The Fascist Great Reset: The Emperor Has No Clothes!

Much has been written on the internet about the upcoming Davos World Economic Forum and its’ founder Klaus Schawb’s book The Great Reset which will be up for discussion and implementation by the world’s political and financial elite at their (now digital) annual gathering of January 25-29.

Conspiracists argue that since the Great Reset has been exposed for months in thousands of internet articles and videos, then how could the plan possibly work asks all those who naively depend on Google or Wikipedia to form their opinions?

Unfortunately, people who do their ‘original research on the internet’ fail to understand the modus operandi of the modern British Empire: It is much more efficient for financial oligarchs to have this agenda discussed openly on the internet, a digital open conspiracy, and thus be able to control the narrative through ‘Big Tech’ and let the future victims on both sides of the political spectrum fight it out between themselves. Jonathan Swift, already in the early 18th Century, understood very well how the British Empire controlled both sides of the “narrative” to better manipulate people.

The relevant point is that none of these thousands of articles, with very few exceptions, are actually proposing any scientifically rigorous and historically-validated solutions capable of addressing the series of crises now simultaneously confronting Mankind, solutions not just for 2021, but solutions for the next 50 years!

So let us examine how we can overturn this fascist game-plan hatched by the modern British Empire whose laird is in the world’s premier financial center The City and whose other bankrupt international accomplices are to be found on Wall Street, and other important financial centers in Europe and Asia, a network intermeshed with their global intelligence apparatus known as the Five Eyes.

Mrs. Helga Zepp-LaRouche, the Founder and Chairwoman of the Schiller Institute, in a pungent November 20, 2020 Resolution, [2] called for a Worldwide Resistance to Global Fascism and to Stop the Central Banks Takeover.

Mrs. LaRouche’s Resolution states in part:

If this scheme, promoted by the World Economic Forum with a series of “Great Reset” conferences, succeeds, it will mean the end of the industrialized nations of the so-called advanced sector, and the death of literally millions, and then billions, of people in the developing countries. There is a direct relationship between the productivity of an economy, including the energy flux density of its productive processes, and the number of human beings that it can sustain. If the entire world economy is “decarbonized,” in what Schellnhuber and his associates already years ago called the “Great Transformation of the World Economy,” including the exit from nuclear energy and research, then the number of people who can be sustained will scarcely be more than one billion. What about the other seven billion? This approach, if not reversed, can only lead to chaos and a new world war.

Mrs. Zepp-LaRouche ends her Resolution by demanding that citizens read, and mobilize internationally to get governments to implement her late husband, economist and statesman Lyndon LaRouche’s, “Four New Laws for a Global Economic Recovery”  [3]

Canada’s Two International Pied Pipers for The Fascist Green Great Reset

Two infamous Canadians are presently deployed by the British Empire network to prevent Canada and most of the world from adopting a much hoped for post-Covid-19 scientific and industrial Renaissance.

The perhaps lesser known is Chrystia Freeland, the former Foreign Minister of Canada who negotiated the new North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) now known as the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Freeland is presently Canada’s Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. She has been tasked with guaranteeing that Canada becomes the first, or at least one of the first, among the G7 nations to fully embrace the eco-fascist policies laid out in the international Green New Deal agenda, now on steroids, with the augmented central bank dictatorial control over governments, renamed The Great Reset.

This is in full synchronization with her fellow Canadian and central banker Mark Carney who is the key hands-on architect for the world’s Great Reset agenda and who favours the company of ‘Bonnie’ Prince Charles [4] as his ‘carte de visite’ to access the power and prerogatives of the Royal Houses of Europe.

Carney is interviewed by Chrystia Freeland, then Managing Director and Editor, Consumer News of Thomson Reuters at the National Press Club in Washington April 18, 2013.
(Gary Cameron/Reuters)

Freeland’s subservience to the British elite heralds back to her days as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, moving on to become a senior editor at The Financial Times assigned to conduct favourable interviews with some of the leading lights of the financial world.

Freeland soon moved on to such positions for FT as Moscow Bureau Chief, Managing Editor for the United States out of NYC. She also worked as global Editor of Thomson Reuters Digital. Under the influence of Chrystia Freeland as Foreign Minister, Canada was transformed into one of the most aggressive Western countries vilifying China and sanctioning Russia. Freeland was declared persona non grata by Russia for her leading role in international campaigns to destabilize Russia over Crimea and Ukraine.

When Mark Carney returned to Ottawa after terminating his prolonged stay in London as the first non-British Governor of the Bank of England, he met with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who offered him a post as special financial adviser and head of the new Infrastructure Bank of Canada. Carney turned down the offer since his leading role in getting central banks of the world to adopt a digital world reserve currency policy as a replacement for the dollar, as he proposed at the August 2019 annual Federal Reserve gathering at Jackson Hole, [5] Wyoming would certainly become a top priority assignment for Carney in early 2021.

Most concerning at that gathering of former central bankers was another policy paper, presented by Executives from BlackRock, [6] the world’s biggest Asset Manager, calling for “regime change” banking policies towards governments who refuse to get on the bandwagon for a worldwide green investment policies.

Carney is presently the UN Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance, having replaced former NYC Mayor Bloomberg. Carney was also the founder in 2015 of the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosure. Carney created this task force while he was Chairman of the Financial Stability Board (FSB), housed at the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland. Carney is also on the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum of Klaus Schwab.

Lastly, but not least, Mark Carney is a close confidante of HRH Prince Charles, who in the tradition of his aging father, the Consort Prince Philip, who once famously said:

"In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation." (As reported by Deutsche Press Agentur. August, 1988.)

Charles has now taken over the Windsor family business of furthering a vast genocide of peoples, under the guise of saving the planet!

From his Ottawa home base, notwithstanding his busy international schedule, Carney did manage to join the Toronto-based alternative asset manager Brookfield Asset Management as vice-chair and head of ESG (environment, social and governance) and impact fund investing. The CBC reported on August 26, 2020 that: “Brookfield said he will work on the development of a group of funds that will combine positive social and environment outcome with strong risk-adjusted returns.

The irony of Carney choosing this particular asset manager fund is made clear when one examines the company’s origin and unscrupulous behaviour in the early 20th. century: Brookfield got started in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1896, then in 1912, it was incorporated in Toronto (and financed out of London) as Brazilian Traction, Light and Power Company, the company was renamed Brascan in 1969 and was part of the Toronto Bronfman’s Edper Holdings. It is rather amusing that Carney is presently advocating social change and responsibility from the Brookfield ‘pulpit,’ when this Brazilian giant popularly known as The Light, in the Brazil of the 1930’s-1940’s, was the opposition to the FDR Good Neighbor Policy and the successful physical-economic collaboration of Roosevelt and Brazilian President Vargas to modernize Brazil. (See Richard Freeman’s EIR article on the 1942-43 U.S. Technical Mission to Brazil.) [7]

Lyndon LaRouche’s Hamiltonian Grand Design for the Americas

In 2007 Lyndon LaRouche addressed an EIR Ottawa Conference entitled: “The Strategic Importance of the Eurasian Land-Bridge: Canada and the Coming Eurasian World”  [8]

Over 100 citizens had travelled from Mexico, the United States and Canada to attend this international conference. Nine representatives of the Ottawa Diplomatic Corps were also in attendance.

Mr. LaRouche keynoted the full-day conference. He ended his speech by summarily defining his intention and mission in the following terms:

“The time has come to make a fundamental shift, in the way in which nations have functioned in recent times. The wars of the last century, the continuation of wars, and threats of wars in this century, the onset of a financial crisis which is certainly the worst in modern history, unless we control it.

So we’re now at the point, we have to control this financial crisis. We can. I won’t deal too much with that, here, today: But one step in that, is large-scale projects, of cooperation in building infrastructure, in particular, which involves cooperation among nations, in developing raw materials where we need, to deal with a very threatening shortage of raw materials. To get into new kinds of power, which are cleaner, and better, and more powerful—this sort of thing. If we can reach that kind of cooperation now, then there’s a chance for humanity as a whole. And what we’re doing here, in this hemisphere, in the northern hemisphere of the Americas, what we’re proposing to do, with Canada, the United States, including Alaska, and Mexico, and in conjunction with Asians, through what is going to be a new tunnel between Asia and Alaska, and development of a new rail system, modern rail system, to unite these parts of the world which are among the great important raw-materials areas of the world for this kind of project.

That’s essentially my intention. That’s my mission. And with that, I leave that back to you”.

Lyndon LaRouche addressed an EIR Conference in Ottawa in 2007

In the Q&A Period, Lyndon LaRouche stressed the international importance of Canada, the United States and Mexico working together ‘for the benefit of the other’ in the manner of the foundational Treaty of Westphalia:

…”And what we have to do, is two things: First of all, the immediate thing, is to solve the problem before us, to get a Renaissance in economy, a Renaissance in social outlook. But then, we have to think beyond that. We have to think to the long term: Do we want to succeed in saving society from what’s coming on now, and ignore the dangers down in the future? Or shall we use this as an occasion, not only to solve the immediate problem, but also to think ahead to the future. And therefore, that’s why I put the emphasis on 1648 and the Peace of Westphalia. When people generally, in politics, think about how they can "get the better" of competing countries, for the benefit of their own, in the Peace of Westphalia, we didn’t do that: The Peace of Westphalia which made possible peace in European civilization and its progress, as much as it did progress, was on the basis of "the advantage of the other." When we think about what we can do in our country, for the people of another country, or when we think of similar ways about social relations in general, then we bring out the best in ourselves. And that’s the best chance for surviving.

I could tell you that during my lifetime, I’m 85 years of age, in my lifetime, I’ve gone through wars and a few things like that, I’ve seen this: We have turned away from the Peace of Westphalia, we’ve turned away from recognizing the important thing, is, we’re human beings, we’re not animals. Animals die. Human beings don’t really die. They die, yes, physically. But they can contribute something while they were alive, which will benefit generations to come. Or help to do things that will benefit generations to come. It’s when we commit ourselves to help one another, as nations, without taking away our sovereignty, or the sovereignty of our neighbor, that the best comes out in us. My view is, that the best hope for us, is to recognize that: The advantage of the other, as laid down as the opening principle of the Treaty of Westphalia. And when you think about the thirty years of religious warfare, tearing apart central Europe, and suddenly, people who had been practically eating each other, suddenly came to a moment and said, "No more! No more. We’re now going to realize, the important thing, is to think of the advantage of the other, rather than ourselves. And when we’re united on that basis, then peace is durable, and prosperity is durable."

Q [translated from Spanish]: Good evening Mr. LaRouche. My name is Jesús María Martínez. And my question is around the visit that José López Portillo made to Canada, sometime in the late ’70s and early ’80s. And at that time, he made a proposition, an offering to the government of Canada to support Mexico in its endeavors around nuclear power. José López Portillo said to Canada, that it was that the world collaborated around this kind of nuclear development project. And he suggested that Canada be part of that effort so that Mexico could create at least 20 nuclear power plants at that time. Do you believe that those projects should be revived and put on the table, in the spirit of this collaboration with Canada and the United States and Mexico?

LaRouche: Yes, absolutely. This is required. Canada has a certain capability, in terms of nuclear technology, which means it’s integrated into the international nuclear technology community. The water projects are important. The use of nuclear power, as a source of power is important for the Arctic region of Siberia, and Canada and Alaska. So to deal with that climate, and to deal with handling that ice that comes up there at times, despite the global warming rumors, is important.

It’s extremely important for us in the Americas, especially in North America, to set a precedent, for the world, in a sense, to admire. Mexico is actually much closer to the United States historically, than most people would believe from the outside. That is, the struggle for independence of Mexico, the struggle for its development in the 19th century, and into the 20th century, was a heroic struggle which had the sympathy of the typical American, and the American leader. My grandfather, for example, was very much attached to Mexico in this account. And Canada, the same thing: Canada is a different kind of country, but it has also its own tradition, or a couple of traditions. We have ours.

Now, we are not very strong on oligarchy, on aristocracy. We’ve had unpleasant experiences with that, and therefore we are republics in our way of thinking. We think of ourselves as citizens, we think of ourselves as equal, at least in rights. And we prize ourselves on our cooperation, we pride ourselves on being beneficial to our neighbors—at least, most of the people I respect, do that. And so therefore, it’s extremely important, that if you cannot get this kind of cooperation in North America, I don’t think we can get it on the planet anywhere, at this point.

A Much Needed Example for the Western World: Adopting a North American Belt and Road Initiative (NABRI)

A proposal in August 2018 was put on the table by the American LaRouche movement as the three nations of Mexico, the United States and Canada were negotiating a new NAFTA treaty.

The LaRouche forces in the United States wrote during this period:
“It is time to junk this failed set of agreements, and replace it with an entire new set of relationships based on a new “win-win” approach to humanity. We should replace NAFTA with the North American Belt and Road Initiative (NABRI).

The proposal went on to say:

That the United States, Mexico and Canada should adopt an entire new set of agreements, in an entire new spirit of cooperation, under the title of North American Belt and Road initiative, NABRI.

The basis of NABRI is a rebirth of relations among the nations of North America based on the principle of mutual, cooperative benefit among sovereign nations, and the end of poverty through building great projects that both improve the living standards of each country’s citizens, while linking the countries together through the sharing of trade and culture.”

Several areas for ‘win-win’ cooperation that the United States, Mexico and Canada could establish to transform the entire Western hemisphere into an area free of the influence of narco-terrorists, their Wall Street and London drug money-laundering banks, and looting by international cartel conglomerates. The areas of cooperation referenced were:

1. Establish a North American Infrastructure Investment Bank — based on the same concept as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), a new NAIIB would be a development bank contributed to by countries from all over the world for the purpose of seeing great projects all the way to completion. Unlike the IMF, World Bank, and vulture capitalists -which have strapped countries with usurious interest rates and unpayable debts, forcing them to privatize their social safety nets and sell off their sovereign resources and infrastructure- the NAIIB would offer low, fixed interest rates, to help nations fund great projects that alleviate poverty and increase trade. A new NAIIB would realize the Operation Juarez program to free these nations from such parasitical debts, originally proposed by Lyndon LaRouche over 30 years ago.

2. Build the 21st Century North American Water and Power Alliance — originally proposed in 1964, NAWAPA is a massive water transfer and hydro power generation project from the rain intensive northwest coast of Alaska, Yukon, and British Columbia, all the way into the arid regions spanning from California through Texas and northern Mexico, for drought relief and agricultural revitalization. The plan was updated for the 21st Century in 2014 by Executive Intelligence Review (EIR) to emphasize nuclear power generation, new desalination technologies, and linking to other water projects in Mexico such as the PLHINO and PLHIGON.

3. The World Land-bridge  — The Belt and Road Initiative is connecting the nations of Asia, Africa, and Europe through rail and high speed magnetically levitated rail. This has dramatically increased trade and exchange of ideas, both domestically and internationally for all nations involved. The natural link for this network of rail is the Bering Strait between Russia and Alaska, then Yukon, British Columbia, Continental United States, Mexico and Central America, Ibero America, bridging the Darien Gap, and down to the Strait of Magellan. These are not envisioned as rail “highways” between distant cities with no improvement along their path, but as “development corridors” that incorporate large rural swaths into the jobs programs and benefits.

4. Caribbean Basin Maritime Silk Road — The development of deep-water industrial ports in Mariel, Cuba and Ponce, Puerto Rico, will link cross-Atlantic cargo flows through the expanded Panama Canal and the planned Grand Nicaraguan Canal, as well as the proposed Tehuantepec Isthmus “dry canal,” for dramatically increased cargo flows to and from China and Asia. This will require the development of deep-water ports and related infrastructure on Mexico’s two coasts, as well as improvements to the Port of Houston, the largest port on Gulf Coast and biggest port in Texas, and other U.S. Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

5. Space Science —Cooperation in the advancement of space exploration and scientific breakthroughs must play a critical role in the advancement of economic relations and trade among nations. China has taken an important step in realizing the Space Silk Road. The United States must join in with other nations for the advancement of the common aims of mankind, in new breakthroughs and discoveries in Space Science. The United States already working with the Canadian Space Agency on such endeavor as the Artemis Program, can also through NABRI and joint space cooperation, work with Mexico’s small space agency to transform it into a major driver of the scientific and technological development of the nation. Satellites will help forecast both hurricanes and earthquakes, fight the drug cartels, and improve monitoring of agricultural health.

The launching of astronauts to the Moon and the ISS will both inspire the youth and conduct important scientific experiments in space. Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean will all benefit from the widespread dissemination of thermonuclear fusion technology, promised by the massive Helium-3 fuel supply to be mined from the Moon.

An Inspiration to the Americas and the World

The Committee for the Republic of Canada, the LaRouche organization in Canada, fully endorsed in August 2018 the NABRI proposal as enunciated at that time.
In August 2018, we wrote:

It is our conviction that the citizens of Canada would embrace NABRI as a project of great value to present and future generations of North Americans.

Internationally, these are greatly troubled times. Therefore the true self-interest of a citizen of Canada must necessarily be located not only in the condition of the nation bequeathed to its posterity as a whole but in our nation’s efforts to promote international policies [9]that will lay the basis for establishing a more just new world economic order.

Presently, a very large portion of the world’s population is demanding a more secure order in mankind’s affairs. If it be true that “Development is the New Name for Peace”, then it would certainly be within the reach of the people of Canada to collaborate with the United States and Mexico to establish NABRI as “an inspiration, a living example which this imperiled mankind of today’s world sorely needs”.
Presently[editor: as of August 2018] Canada is the only country in the Americas which has joined the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Let us immediately organize for the United States and Mexico to join and also the 7 Ibero American countries which are already listed as prospective members of AIIB.
NABRI can become the gateway through which all of the Americas joins and participates fully in China’s BRI.

Let us take this first important step to bring about “a community of shared future for humanity”.
